Occupancy & Admin Specialist — Housing & HUD Tax Credit

HumanGood is seeking an Occupancy Specialist in Milpitas, CA to set up and maintain resident records and accounts receivable systems using Real Page Software or successors. Under supervision, you will perform clerical duties and ensure resident satisfaction while complying with HUD and tax-credit programs.
