WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

We're searching for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications:

• 6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office)
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
