Key Account (Outside Sales) Executive, Central Illinois

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Key Account Executive for outside sales in Central Illinois. The role involves managing and growing a territory across Springfield, Champaign, Danville and surrounding areas, serving healthcare providers and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Educate, instruct and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts across territory
Act as liaison between clients and Labcorp operations team regarding client needs
Provide ongoing service, problem resolution and superior customer service to retain accounts
Recommend client-focused solutions and manage day-to-day account operations
Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years outside sales or account management experience preferred
Proven track record managing a book of business
Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel overnight as needed, up to 25%

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 base salary plus commission
