We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time travel assignment on the day shift . The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and adaptive techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control policies
