Known for its creative interpretations of Hong Kong street food, dim sum, and classic Chinese cuisine, this is an exciting leadership opportunity for a chef with deep expertise in modern Chinese and Cantonese cuisine, strong operational discipline, and the ability to balance culinary creativity with financial performance.
