In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clients, serving as both field and escalation support, while performing the following responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesProvide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end usersSupport of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.Support of virtual environments including VMware, and Hyper-VSupport backup and disaster recovery solutionsConfigure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, & securityEffectively communicate with customers on ticket progress, impending changes, or agreed outages, etc.Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilitiesMaintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWiseOther duties as assigned
