Job Opportunity: Nurse Clinical Coordinator

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Nurse Clinical Coordinator to enhance our Emergency Room team. This position involves coordinating patient care initiatives, assisting clinical personnel, and ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices as well as hospital regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient flow effectively within the emergency department.
Provide mentorship and guidance to registered nurses.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Advocate for quality, safety, and overall patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must possess an active RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care settings, with a strong preference for emergency room experience.
Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that reflects our values of compassion and ethics.
