Looking for a reliable remote job with purpose? We are actively hiring Non-Profit Donation Specialists to support fundraising efforts for national and local charitable organizations. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy helping people, working independently from home, and being part of something bigger than yourself.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound donor calls with professionalism and care
- Process donations accurately and answer donor questions
- Maintain detailed and compliant records
- Meet performance goals and grow within the organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months remote experience or 1 year in a call-based role
- Clear communication skills and a distraction-free workspace
- Basic computer skills and schedule flexibility
