You'll play a vital role in guiding clients toward stability, healing, and long-term success. In addition to therapy, this role will support the Nassau County courts! Free Clinical Supervision for Registered Interns Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (85% employer-paid for employee coverage) Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with 50% Match (up to 6%) Generous PTO - 8 hours/month vacation + 8 hours/month sick leave 11 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday Leadership & career growth opportunities through Emerging Leaders Program A supportive and mission-driven culture What You'll Do Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group counseling services Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with resources Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records Participate in supervision, trainings, and team meetings Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TANF, and insurance requirements What You Bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Florida-licensed, license-eligible, or certified in mental health/addictions Ability to pass Level II Background, MVR, and Drug-Free Workplace screenings Preferred: Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings What Success Looks Like High-quality, client-centered care and positive treatment outcomes Strong engagement and trust with clients and families Timely, accurate documentation and compliance Effective collaboration with internal teams and community partners Additional Requirements Background, MVR, and drug screening required #J-18808-Ljbffr Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare
