Pay $23 - $26 / hr. DOE Personal Banker III – Glendale, AZ • BNC National Bank seeks an experienced banking professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and serving as a trusted resource for both customers and teammates. Key Responsibilities Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions. Open, close, and service a full range of consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit (CDs), retirement accounts, and treasury management-related services. Accurately process consumer and commercial banking transactions while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to help individuals achieve their financial goals. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BNC’s products, services, policies, and procedures. Support daily branch operations, including documentation compliance, balancing, and operational controls. Contribute to branch sales, referral, and customer service goals. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and service excellence.
