ServiceNow Analyst/Product Owner

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Product Owner for the core platform ServiceNow team that is currently focused on generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will support testing/validation, incident triage, analysis of AI Control Tower and other AI tooling & capabilities, assist the PO in story writing, pulling Now Assist Metrics etc.

Primary Tasks:

Evaluate how to leverage AI tools like AI Control Tower within ServiceNow.

Partner with the internal AI LLM platform team (Tachyon) to integrate their LLM with ServiceNow.

Engage in AI governance work and participate in AI-related testing.

Support the product owner with user story creation and requirements gathering.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
