Position Overview As Sr. Manager, HRIS you sit at the intersection of technology, data, and people strategy. You own & optimize our Workday HCM ecosystem—turning complex HR data into clean, trusted insights that power decisions across the business. You partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Partners, HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate strategic priorities into efficient, accurate, and automated processes. Location & Reporting Location: Houston, TX; Boston, MA (Hybrid) Reports to: Sr. Director, Total Rewards Key Responsibilities Lead Workday process optimization & data integrity projects. Implement Conga’s global salary structure in Workday, including integration with the new Compensation vendor. Drive successful Open Enrollment rollouts across the US, UK, Canada, and India. Support high‑priority People Team initiatives such as Return to Office, Performance Management redesign, Succession Planning, and more. Complete acquisition data integration projects to unify workforce data. Deploy the Annual Compensation Planning (ACP). Qualifications Proven track record of implementing & improving business processes within Workday. Technical expertise in Workday modules such as Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance. Experience supporting Talent Acquisition through dashboards, data reporting, and analytics with integration to tools like Greenhouse. Strategic thinker who connects micro and macro visions, solving internal client needs efficiently. Quality‑oriented mindset with strong processes to reduce errors and build safeguards. Strong project management skills: aligning stakeholders, delivering results on time, and creating comprehensive project plans, delegations, and test scripts. Customer‑service mindset; builds relationships and deeply understands internal client needs. Compensation & Benefits U.S. base salary range: $145,230 – $232,370 USD. Salary is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base salary, employees receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
