Process Excellence Manager

( Hybrid in Charlotte, Scottsdale, Dallas or Jacksonville ) We are partnering with a client who is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to join a growing business transformation team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on driving process improvement initiatives, implementing operational efficiencies, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts. Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping techniques. Lead process improvement projects from discovery through implementation and stabilization. Evaluate large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement recommendations. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate workshops, document current and future-state processes, and support change adoption. Drive implementation of technology-enabled process enhancements and operational excellence initiatives. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes through clear storytelling and executive-ready presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement. Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma tools, process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement. Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process change across multiple business functions. Experience in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, operations, shared services, or other process-driven environments is welcomed.
