Associate Attorney

This is an opportunity to step into a sophisticated litigation platform with steady matters, direct responsibility, and a team that values practical judgment, sharp writing, and clients-first lawyering. Experience we’re looking for 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience (flexible depending on overall fit) Demonstrated experience in real estate litigation, which may include: Contract and lease disputes Purchase/sale and development disputes Construction-related litigation Title, easements, restrictive covenants, or similar issues Landlord-tenant litigation in a commercial context Excellent legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail This role is full-time and Hybrid. The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 – $180,000 (Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
