Job Title:  On-Call Nighttime Beverage Truck Stocker & Sanitation Associate (Floating)

Job Type:  Part-Time/As Needed

Job Salary: $12-$14.00/hour 

Job Schedule:   Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (evening/nighttime hours); Flexible, On-Call Availability Required. Hours vary based on operational needs, employee call-outs, special events, staffing shortages, and business demands. Evening, nighttime, weekend, and occasional short-notice shifts may be required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented On-Call Nighttime Beverage Truck Stocker & Sanitation Associate (Floating) to support our mobile snow cone and coffee truck operations. This role serves as a flexible team member who can be called upon to assist with cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, restocking, and preparing company vehicles and equipment as staffing needs arise.

This position is designed to provide operational support during employee absences, last-minute call-outs, high-volume events, schedule gaps, and other business needs. Candidates must be reliable, responsive, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional short-notice assignments.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace, and can consistently follow established procedures. Candidates must demonstrate honesty, accountability, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for employee absences, call-outs, schedule gaps, and unexpected staffing needs.
• Clean and sanitize snow cone and coffee trucks following company standards.
  
• Wash and maintain equipment, tools, and food-service areas.
  
• Restock inventory, supplies, syrups, cups, lids, napkins, and other materials needed for upcoming events.
  
• Load ice, products, and equipment as directed.
  
• Organize storage areas and inventory for efficient operation.
  
• Conduct inventory counts and notify management of low-stock items.
  
• Count, reconcile, and document cash drawers and cash collected from daily operations.
  
• Verify cash totals and report discrepancies promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory, cash, and operational records.
  
• Secure company property, inventory, equipment, and cash according to company procedures.
  
• Remove trash and maintain clean work areas.
  
• Assist with truck preparation for upcoming events and scheduled operations.
  
• Support special events, peak business periods, seasonal operations, and community events as needed.
  
• Float between assigned duties and operational needs as directed by management.
  
• Assist in other areas of operations as needed to ensure business continuity.
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
  
• Complete training and other assigned duties as needed.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Reliable transportation required.
  
• Valid driver's license required.
  
• Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience.
  
• Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
  
• No more than one (1) moving violation within the last two years.
• Valid auto insurance required.
  
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight hours as scheduled.
  
• Must maintain flexible availability to accommodate business needs and staffing coverage requirements.
  
• Ability to respond to shift opportunities with limited advance notice when available.
• Dependable attendance and strong reliability record required due to the on-call nature of the position.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and operational needs.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and accountability.
  
• Ability to accurately count money, balance cash drawers, and maintain records.
  
• Basic cash handling and cash reconciliation skills required.
  
• Ability to identify and report inventory or cash discrepancies.
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
