Concrete Superintendent

Location: Moro, AR
Employment Type: Contract (Minimum 3 Weeks, Potential to Extend to 10 Weeks)
Start Date: Monday
Pay: $45–$47/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee commercial concrete operations for an upcoming project in Moro, Arkansas. This is an immediate-start opportunity with a guaranteed minimum of three weeks of work and the potential to extend up to ten weeks based on project needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background managing commercial concrete projects, leading field crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily commercial concrete construction activities
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications
• Monitor quality control and production throughout the project
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
• Coordinate with project management to resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Current OSHA 30 certification (required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Ability to start immediately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Compensation

• $45–$47/hour
• Minimum 3-week assignment with the potential to extend up to 10 weeks
• Immediate start on Monday
