Where businesses struggle to recruit for tough-to-fill seasonal jobs, másLabor navigates the foreign labor certification process on their behalf, allowing them to focus on what is most important: running their business! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is accurate* Verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment* Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are applied correctly* Resolve discrepancies between customer payments and invoices* Work with other departments to resolve billing issues or disputes* Reconcile customer accounts as needed* Work closely with collection agency; maintain accurate records relating to collections* Collections and follow-up, contact clients with past-due accounts* Assist with month end and year end projects as needed* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to account receivable activities**Working Conditions*** Full-Time* Remote/In-Office/Hybrid work environment* Able to lift up to 25 lbs.* Prolonged computer and phone use* Work is primarily performed during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.**Compensation & Benefits*** Pay: $25.00 per hour* Medical Benefits (health, dental, vision)* Life insurance* Short and long-term disability* Matching 401(k) contributions* Paid time off* Company-Paid Holidays**Equal Opportunity Employer**másLabor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
