Job Type: Full-time | Part-time (20-40 hrs/week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 4-hour & 8-hour shifts

About the Role
As a Speech Therapist at Insight Global, you'll:
• Implement customized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and communication skills in children.
• Work 1-on-1 with pediatric patients in home settings.
• Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (NC-SLP).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Pathology.
• Ability to relocate to Concord County, NC (before starting).


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of pediatric or home health experience.
• Familiarity with outpatient & early intervention therapies.

Compensation: $80-85,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
