Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will primarily focus on delivering remote therapeutic services to clients within our community health clinic setting, ensuring accessible and high-quality mental health support. Based in Odessa, Texas, Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is an outpatient mental health clinic committed to providing quality psychological services to individuals and families. This is a remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work flexibly from their home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Our clinic embraces a community-centered approach; thus, despite the remote setting, our practitioners engage in ongoing communication and teamwork with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide direct therapeutic support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set realistic goals and measure progress effectively.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional stakeholders to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans depending on client requirements.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for optimal efficiency.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical assessment skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally with a focus on therapy.

• Familiarity using EHR systems to maintain client records and treatment documentation.

• Experience facilitating group therapy or psychoeducation classes is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 100,000, inclusive of possible bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
