Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to create individualized therapy plans that cater to their specific mental health needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy methods.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client data.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, who are seeking support for an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Our emphasis on personalized care allows you to develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique situation, fostering stronger therapeutic relationships and more effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or certifications in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed practices are highly preferred.

• Experience with teletherapy and virtual communication tools is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an incentive-based bonus structure that rewards your contributions to the team. Your caseload will be adjusted according to your availability and expertise, allowing for a balanced workload.
