Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for a school setting in Skokie, IL for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike! **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $80/hour) + steady school-year schedule* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* $500 Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses (up to $3,000 per hire)**What You’ll Do*** Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments* Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation* Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions* Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation* Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff* Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs* Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports* Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations**What We’re Looking For*** Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)* Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement* Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills* School-based experience preferred**About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
