Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid Professional Educator License with School Psychologist endorsement (or eligibility)
• Experience conducting student assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and academic evaluations
• Knowledgeable about special education processes, domains, and evaluation components
• Excellent communication, documentation, and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and a compassionate, student-first mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a range of psychological assessments to gather meaningful data for student evaluations
• Participate actively in evaluation and re-evaluation meetings, providing professional insight into student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education staff on educational planning and intervention strategies
• Interpret assessment results and contribute to developing individualized education programs
• Ensure all evaluation procedures remain compliant with state and federal guidelines
• Document findings accurately and maintain rigorous confidentiality standards throughout the process
