Tripoint Learning Facilitator Position Reports To: Doug Dawson, Executive Director of TriPoint Academy You Minimum of three years experience as a lead teacher. Minimum of three years experience teaching in a blended learning setting. Minimum of three years experience teaching with a High Quality Instructional Material Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based upon credentials and experience ranging on the Teacher salary scale here paid out on a 12-month basis. Implement adopted curriculum to fulfill the requirements of the campus instructional program Facilitate lessons that reflect differentiation in student learning styles and abilities. Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities and materials that reflect an understanding of the needs of students. Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement, both formative and summative. Structure the classroom in an organized manner to promote effective learning and instruction. Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process. Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community members. Proactively support students’ growth and development throughout the school year.
