Business Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate for its Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team, engaging in complex litigation matters and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Duties Conduct written discovery and manage depositions. Draft pleadings and substantive motions. Participate in mediations and court appearances. Assist in trials and arbitrations. Requirements 2-5 years of business litigation experience. Superior academic credentials. Excellent research and writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Ohio licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible for licensure. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
