Controls Engineering ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Controls Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated and robotic packaging systems. This leadership role will oversee project execution, team development, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring successful delivery of customer solutions.Controls Engineering Manager Responsibilities:Lead and manage the controls engineering teamOversee controls system design, programming, testing, and implementationDrive engineering standards, processes, and continuous improvement effortsManage project resources, budgets, schedules, and forecastingMentor, coach, and develop engineering team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer needsRequirements for Controls Engineering Manager:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred7+ years of controls/electrical engineering experience with at least 2 years of leadership experienceExperience with industrial automation, robotics, and control systemsStrong project management, communication, and team leadership skillsKnowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk, servo controls, and FANUC robotics is preferredExperience in a manufacturing or automated equipment environmentAbility to travel up to 25%If you're a hands-on engineering leader passionate about automation, robotics, and developing high-performing teams, we'd like to hear from you.
