Digital Sales Manager

Job Description: The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) represents Envista’s digital hardware, consumable, software offerings to end-customers. The DSM is extremely focused on driving unit purchases of Nobel Biocare’s Dexis IOS solution, SprintRay 3D Printing Suite, X-Guide Navigated Surgery Units, and our growing list of equipment in Digital Dentistry. The DSM should understand the workflows associate with the scanners, printers and software to drive value of our digital workflow to our customers. This knowledge should be used to exceed regional sales goals through solution selling and drive demand for Nobel Biocare’s products and services. He/she will take sales and marketing leads, as well as self-generated leads to take potential customers through the purchasing journey and into extensive usage of the equipment post purchase. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned region Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel’s digital workflow Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan that is aligned with territory and region goals Assess and communicate regional sales trends Become technical expert in the workflows associated with Dexis Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D Printers Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers. Schedule must follow sales plan and logical routing plan Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events (e.g., Envista OpCo symposia / Forums) Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; we will consider at least 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience in lieu of a degree 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience or equivalent Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to travel including evenings, weekends and overnight stays Must reside within the designated geography of FL. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of digitally oriented medical device sales experience (e.g. capital equipment/software, and/or prosthetic and laboratory sales) and/or extensive knowledge of digital workflows within dentistry, especially dental implantology Successful track record of prosthetics, implant, or CAD/CAM sales Proficiency with and/or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite/ Microsoft Dynamics CRM Strong verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products Team player who can work independently Advanced negotiation, presentation and closing skills – strong ability to influence others Experience with CAD/CAM dental application/materials in a sales or technical environment Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Prolonged periods of sitting in a company vehicle between appointments/prospects Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Territory: The territory includes state of FL, except the Panhandle Overnight travel: Average 8 times per month for 2-3 days at a time Car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus #LI-CY1 IND123 #LI-Remote Target Market Salary Range: Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
