Accounts Receivable Specialist

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our clients in South San Francisco, CA. This position is responsible for processing cash applications, handling accounting inquiries, issuing credit memos, and supporting accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate has previous accounts receivable or billing support experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting practices. Key Responsibilities Compile, tabulate, and document local deposit (10%) Perform cash application for all credit card receipts (10%) Partner with intermediate-level clerk to perform cash application for lockbox receipts (Variable - 15/20%) Manage accounting inquiries in-box (20%) Process credit memos for issues that arise at delivery (30%) Partner with intermediate-level clerk to operate stuffing machine when monthly statements are printed, and with supervisor to stuff multi-page statements manually (3 Hours Monthly) Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing support, or a related accounting role Experience performing cash applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of accounts receivable operations Ten-key calculator proficiency by touch Customer-facing experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Introductory accounting coursework is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
