Responsibilities Leading UKG software consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency Analyzing client needs and configuring systems for seamless integration and utilization of UKG applications Developing and delivering user training to enhance client understanding and application of UKG software Guiding teams in strategic questioning and business process analysis to identify opportunities for operational optimization Implementing advanced scheduling and technology deployments to improve client service delivery Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support service excellence and software consulting initiatives Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance in delivering client expectations Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements Encouraging intellectual curiosity and skills development among team members to foster innovation and growth What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree Excelling in analytical thinking and business process analysis Demonstrating advanced scheduling and operational optimization skills Configuring systems for human capital management solutions Delivering system integration and technology deployments Facilitating user training and software implementations Building relationships and driving service excellence Travel Requirements Up to 60% Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
