About the role
Join us in Baltimore, MD as a Conveyor Systems Welding Specialist. You’ll keep high-throughput conveyor equipment running smoothly by applying expert welding practices, sharp diagnostics, and careful documentation.
A day in the life- Set up welding operations for production runs to meet strict quality expectations.
- Fabricate and repair conveyor frames, guards, brackets, and components using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
- Inspect conveyors on a routine schedule and perform maintenance to keep performance at its best.
- Work side-by-side with production teammates to troubleshoot weld- and fit-up-related issues.
- Keep the work area organized and compliant with all safety procedures.
- Record the work you perform and maintain accurate repair and maintenance logs.
- Hands-on welding experience with proven skill in MIG, TIG, and Stick.
- Solid knowledge of conveyor systems and their parts.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Keen problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Welding certification preferred, not required.
