Assistant Director of HR - Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

Columbus Specialty Hospital

Silver Lake Hospital in Newark, NJ is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Human Resources to manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. This role leads employee relations, workplace investigations, unemployment claims, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HRIS maintenance.
