Our Social and Digital Team Lead is at the front of shaping the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics brand, connecting business strategy with content creation to inspire audiences and drive real results. We are looking for a bold, collaborative and action-oriented digital marketer to take our online presence to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesEvolve and execute Aeronautics’ content strategy, tactics and calendar for Lockheed Martin social and digital channels.Partner with digital team members and other internal stakeholders to advance key marketing campaigns and business priorities.Build and strengthen relationships with social media influencers to expand brand storytelling opportunities.Research and adopt innovative social media trends that reach, engage and excite audiences in new ways.Schedule, post, amplify, monitor, listen and analyze social media engagement using third party software tools.Write and edit content to ensure a consistent brand voice, message and conversation.Develop and lead the social media engagement strategy for the Aeronautics president.Basic Qualifications6+ years of marketing, communications and/or public relations experience with an emphasis on digital.Experience managing social media channels to include writing, producing and posting digital content.Experience leading teams and/or large-scale projects and working closely with creative teams.Proficiency in capturing and reporting digital metrics and using this data to inform future efforts.Desired SkillsExpertise using digital marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Canva, Google Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire collaboration, encourage integration and provide counsel to internal stakeholders. Urgency, flexibility, creativity and critical thinking.Project management with the ability to own processes from strategic vision to tactical execution. Pay InformationGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
