Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a float pool, rotating across Medical-Surgical Telemetry units, PCU, ICU, and ED (caring for Med-Surg boarders)
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patients across multiple unit settings
• Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and acuity levels across assigned units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Maintain proficiency in EPIC electronic health records throughout all assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience required
• Strong telemetry skills required due to multi-unit float responsibilities
• EPIC experience required
• Must have been separated from BILH for 6 or more months to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with PCU or ICU-level patient care
• Strong adaptability and clinical assessment skills across varying acuity levels
