Licensing and Approvals Manager

This role involves managing licensing workflows, contract tracking, and building strong relationships with licensors to support key projects. What you’ll do: Manage licensing workflows, renewals, and key contract obligations. Translate contracts into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate product and creative approvals across internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate licensing records and workflows in Monday.com. Support licensor relationships, sales materials, reporting, and day-to-day licensing activity. What we’re looking for: 4+ years’ experience in entertainment, consumer products, or related licensing. Hands-on experience managing approvals, contracts, and licensing requirements. Experience with licensor approval platforms, such as StarLabs or similar systems. Strong project management and workflow skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach.
