Position: Fractional Bookkeeper
Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable financial records.
   • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and receipts.
2. Month-End :
   • Prepare monthly financial consolidated invoicing.
3. Ad-hoc Tasks:
   • Handle any other financial tasks as required, such as creating customized reports, assisting in financial audits, or streamlining financial processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• One to two years experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely or independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

• Flexible hours and remote work options.
