Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food prep including chopping, measuring, and portioning ingredients Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service Properly store and label food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times Requirements Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and California health code regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certification a plus About Us SWEET 2025 LLC is a passionate food business based in Sacramento, CA, committed to delivering exceptional flavors and memorable dining experiences.
