Work Environment\n

This role is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, allowing clinicians to work remotely with the flexibility to set their own schedules. Our therapists have the autonomy to manage their caseload, with billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 a week depending on individual capacity. Our unique remote setting means all client interactions occur via telehealth, ensuring safety and convenience for both staff and clients. We foster a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for group consultation, as well as individual supervision from experienced licensed practitioners.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Offer therapy and counseling services in various formats including individual, family, and group settings, addressing mental health and dual disorders.

• Engage in crisis intervention techniques, skills training, and supportive therapy, ensuring clients receive the timely care they need.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to explore treatment options and develop comprehensive care plans, discussing cases in clinical consultations to enhance service delivery.

• Utilize electronic health record systems (EHR) and telehealth platforms effectively to document client progress and treatment plans.

• Provide information and resources related to mental health disorders, guiding clients to appropriate community resources and support systems.

• Participate actively in quality assurance activities and clinical team meetings, contributing insights and feedback to refine our service models.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including therapy notes and progress reports, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population consisting of individuals and families grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our clinic particularly focuses on providing comprehensive support for clients with dual diagnoses. By employing a range of therapeutic modalities, you will be instrumental in shaping the lives of those who seek our support, fostering positive changes and promoting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Florida or a Psy.D credential.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated competence in using telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement options, and generous paid time off.
