Lead Concierge

Full Time Boise, ID, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $22.00 Hourly Responsibilities Ensuring timely supply orders for concierge, espresso bar, 24th floor, and office Supervise and support concierge staff to maintain high service standards. Curating seasonal lobby decor to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Assisting in planning and coordinating resident events Organize and maintain storage room Admin duties as needed Qualifications A high school education or equivalent is required. A college degree or equivalent is preferred. Working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skills Outgoing, friendly personality Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow-through Marketing and budgeting experience Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Exceptional communication, customer service and people Self‑motivated; can work independently detail‑oriented Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
