Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role as a district-wide Physical Therapist, supporting students across four buildings serving grades K-12. This part-time contract opportunity offers a consistent schedule of two days per week, running from late August through mid-June.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Vermont Physical Therapy Certificate is required
• Experience providing PT services within a school setting, preferably K-12 populations
• Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with educators, specialists, and families
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Role Expectations:

• Deliver school-based physical therapy services to students as part of their special education programming
• Assess and document student needs, progress, and outcomes according to state and district guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, IEP teams, and parents to ensure coordinated care and support
• Travel between four school buildings as needed throughout the district
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
• Participate in relevant staff development and trainings
