Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Vermont Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy is beneficial
• Comfortable managing a diverse K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skills, mobility, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and school-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team initiatives as needed
