Sales Executive - Construction

Position: Sales ExecutiveTotal Compensation: $150K-$200K+Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales in the construction sector. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial sales techniques and a passion for the construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, general contractors, and builder communities.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project sales.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Collaborate with project managers and the construction team to ensure alignment on client needs and project specifications.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.QualificationsProven experience in commercial sales, preferably within the construction or commercial flooring industry.Strong understanding of project sales methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Benefits- Base Salary: $70K-$110K - OTE: 150K-200K+- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expenses
