Senior Accountant (Law Firm)

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team immediately. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations while partnering with leadership on financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities

• Support core accounting functions: billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare cash flow reports and assist with budgeting/forecasting
• Partner with external CPA on tax filings and compliance (including K-1s)
• Produce KPI reports, attorney schedules, and ad hoc analyses
• Help resolve accounting issues and improve internal processes

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience within a law firm or public accounting (Big 4 a plus)
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• CPA license
• Experience with Elite 3E or Aderant
