As a Physical Therapist at our organization, you will be instrumental in assisting patients to restore their functionality, independence, and overall quality of life through empathetic and evidence-driven rehabilitation services. Within the Healthcare & Medical Services division, your role will involve assessing patients with diverse diagnoses, crafting personalized treatment plans, and implementing specialized physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, pain relief, and functional training.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive evaluations, collaborating with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team to establish measurable goals, and consistently reviewing progress to modify care plans as necessary. Daily tasks will encompass:

• Therapeutic exercises
• Gait and transfer training
• Neuromuscular re-education
• Balance and fall-prevention programs
• Education for patients and caregivers
• Discharge planning to facilitate safe transitions between care settings
