Key Responsibilities Aggressively Prospect & Close: Identify, pursue, and secure structural repair and restoration projects across commercial, hospitality, municipal, and private markets. Build Powerful Relationships: Establish and maintain connections with structural engineers, property managers, owners’ representatives, hotel owners, family offices, and asset managers. Pipeline Growth: Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and proactive relationship building. Strategic Selling: Understand client challenges and position Skyscraper as the go-to partner for repair and strengthening solutions. Proposal Development: Collaborate with estimating and operations to prepare competitive, high-impact bids and proposals. Market Expansion: Identify new markets and sectors for structural repair growth, focusing on repeat and long-term clients. Revenue Accountability: Own your targets. Exceed monthly and quarterly goals and report performance with precision. Representation: Represent Skyscraper Construction at trade events, pre-bid meetings, and client presentations. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in construction sales, repair contracting, or business development — ideally in structural repair, restoration, or concrete work. Track Record: Proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals, preferably in structural or specialty contracting. Knowledge: Strong grasp of building envelope systems, repair methods, and bid processes.
