SUMMARY: The Compliance Specialistis responsible formanaging compliance and payroll processes for construction projects, ensuring trade partner adherence to regulatory and wage requirements.Overseesproject setup, compliance tracking, and reporting, whileidentifyingand resolving non-compliance issues. Provides education, mentoring, and onboarding for trade partners and project teams, and collaborates with internal departments tomaintainaccuraterecords, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
