General Production Worker

Filters Assembly Operator (2nd Shift) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our Filters Assembly Operator department. Responsibilities Assemble filter components by placing multiple layers of materials such as glass weave, fiberglass, and felt-like materials onto a rotating assembly table. Operate foot-controlled assembly equipment to move products through the assembly process. Ensure filters are stapled and secured as they go around the automated round table. Remove completed filters from the table for packaging. Stack, count, package, and prepare products for shipment when working on the packaging table. Rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling tasks throughout the shift. Support other manufacturing areas as needed, including press operations, cutting machines, and glass weave molding processes. Inspect products for quality and accuracy while maintaining production goals. Essential Skills Experience working with fiberglass materials in a manufacturing environment. Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented production or assembly work. Fast-paced packaging, counting, or production experience. Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm manufacturing setting. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a machine operator and in assembly and general manufacturing work. Why Work Here? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
