Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

• Partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators to support strategic business decisions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for leadership
• Develop and maintain budgeting models, forecasting tools, and financial reporting templates
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management teams
• Support operational and marketing departments with financial analysis, budget tracking, and invoice processing
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, financial processes, and business workflows
• Assist with system implementations, testing, project planning, and process improvement initiatives
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications for the Business Analyst:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis
