The Lindsley Agency is a local Farm Bureau Insurance agency located in Meridian, Idaho. Our office is focused on providing responsive, professional service while building lasting relationships with the clients and communities we serve. Role Description The Insurance Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Meridian, Idaho. This role is an important part of the day-to-day client experience within our agency. The individual will assist existing clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage information, policy changes, documentation, and other service needs. Daily responsibilities may include: Responding to client phone calls, emails, and service requests Assisting clients with questions regarding policies, coverages, billing, and account information Processing policy changes and maintaining accurate client records Assisting with claims-related questions and helping direct clients through the appropriate claims process Preparing insurance documents, certificates, and other client correspondence Coordinating with the agent, underwriting, claims, billing, and other internal departments Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within company systems Educating clients on available insurance products and coverage options Identifying opportunities for additional coverage or products that may benefit existing clients Providing professional, timely, and courteous service Maintaining client confidentiality and following company procedures and insurance regulations Assisting with general administrative and agency support as needed Qualifications A current Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required Strong customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional written correspondence Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment Comfortable learning and working within multiple computer systems Proficiency with email, data entry, and basic Microsoft Word and Excel Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally Comfortable working with policy information, coverage details, billing, and numerical information Dependable, professional, and committed to providing a high level of client service High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in customer service, administration, call center support, or insurance services is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
