We seek a bright, personable, and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our stunning San Francisco office in the heart of the Financial District. This role provides an exceptional framework to grow your career as a Recruiter or an Account Manager.
What to Expect:
- Administrative support to the CG Temp team as needed.
- Communicate with external temp employees on meetings, follow-up, etc., on behalf of the Account Manager.
- Communicate with clients as needed.
- Provide backup support for Account Managers/Directors as needed.
- Conduct candidate interviews or pre-screen interviews on behalf of the Account Manager as needed.
- Backup point of contact for any client and candidate calls.
- Liaison between CG Account Managers, temp employees, and clients regarding issues, questions, and all information necessary for input of job orders.
- Filing for Account Managers as needed.
- Complete reference checks and employment verifications for temp positions.
- Data entry when needed.
- Organize and track leads for Business Development.
- Schedule candidates for Account Managers/Recruiters.
- Communicate with the Reception team on all necessary candidate and client information on behalf of Account Managers as needed.
- Follow up on candidate needs.
- Call candidates to schedule/confirm interviews as needed.
- Interview candidates and matchmake for short-term positions.
- Special projects as needed.
- Follow up and follow through with any administrative-related tasks.
Who We Are Seeking:
- 1+ years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interview experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of various recruiting techniques and experience in online/social recruiting
- Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization's mission and values
- Possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures, and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and ATS systems
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels in the company
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking, and organization skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
- Bachelors Preferred
- HRIS experience, a plus
