Position: Restaurant Manager Description: Restaurant Managers develop a team delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ Donuts standards. Pay Rate: Starts From $1,275/Week Responsibilities Team Environment – Foster a team environment by promoting respect, coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns, and communicating effectively. Hire, train, and develop staff and plan staffing to meet guest and business needs. Mentor others and hold the team accountable for responsibilities and results. Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction – Place guests at the highest priority, lead by example, and promote urgency to satisfy guests. Ensure brand standards and systems are executed. Engage and empower the team to develop solutions that drive business results. Complete required training including ServSafe certification. Profitability – Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Manage labor costs, food costs, and cash; ensure safety and security through preventative maintenance and cleanliness. Analyze performance and set goals with the team. Comply with restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies. Qualifications Skills: Clear verbal and written communication (English); math and financial management; restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience; minimum age 18 where applicable; high school diploma or equivalent.
