Details Work in the PICU at a Magnet-designated pediatric hospital 1:1 patient ratio for critically ill pediatric patients Care for ventilated pediatric patients requiring respiratory support Day shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Floating required to a second campus location as well as other competent units Epic charting experience preferred but not required Requirements Active OH state or Compact RN license required in hand for consideration Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required BSN required due to Magnet facility status Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with PICU experience preferred Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred Two professional references required for consideration Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to pediatric ICU patients including ventilator management, wound assessment/care, and infection control/PPE protocols First-time travelers are not considered for this position Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers Previous employees may return as travelers if not currently active staff Facility maintains a strict do-not-call policy American Traveler Job ID P-742274.
